8. The reactor utilizes an internal coil + external jacket (or external accompanying pipe) heat exchange configuration. The coil is heated during heating, ensuring the reactor operates at atmospheric pressure, ensuring safe and reliable operation. This avoids the high risks associated with pressure vessel operation. Furthermore, the reactor has a large heat exchange surface, resulting in high thermal sensitivity, which facilitates rapid and effective material reactions and contributes to improved product quality.
